The Hat Lamp by Jorge Suárez-Kilzi

The “hat” lamp has a volcano shaped top piece in opaque teak wood, with a small opening at the tip. The light runs down to the lower part of the piece creating a floating illusion. This again moving shape is composed of a crooked axis cylinder and a hand turned lathed section. Possible variations in materials are tinted pine wood, chestnut, oak, cherry and meranti wood. (bespoke pieces will come at a charge). These pieces cherish tradition and craftsmanship all while using a contemporary and relaxed language.
