Shipping & Delivery

Love House works with studios across the world, so no two shipments look quite the same. We handle the whole route ourselves — crating with the artist, freight, import paperwork, customs clearance through our broker, and delivery to your door. You deal with us throughout, not with a studio abroad and a forwarder you've never spoken to.

Getting a quote

Shipping is quoted per piece, once we know the destination and how you'd like it delivered. Email info@lovehouseny.com with the items, your full address, and a phone number, and we'll come back to you. You don't need to purchase first — we're happy to quote in advance so you can budget properly.

Delivery options

Standard freight delivers to your door or loading dock. White glove brings the piece inside, unpacks it, places it where you want it, and removes all packaging. Larger works, tight staircases, and buildings with COI requirements are all things we deal with regularly — tell us about the site and we'll plan around it.

New York

Blanket-wrapped local delivery is available throughout the city. Collection from our showroom at 179 E Broadway is free, by appointment.

International orders

Most of the work we carry is made to order abroad, and transit time sits on top of the studio's lead time. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote.

Duties vary by country of origin, the type of piece and its materials, and the port of entry, so they can't be calculated in advance and are subject to change. We'll always do our best to let you know what to expect ahead of any fees. Full detail is in our Terms of Sale.

Insurance

Every shipment we arrange is fully insured in transit. Please inspect your piece on arrival and photograph the packaging before opening, so we can act quickly in the rare event something goes wrong.
