Sky-Set is a sculptural LED floor lamp by Latvian designer Dace Sūna, crafted from layered opalescent glass and stainless steel. Standing 69 inches tall with a 19.5-inch glass disc, the contemporary floor light is designed as both functional lighting and a collectible design object. Its luminous glass surface shifts from cool blue tones to warm sunset reds and oranges, creating an atmospheric statement piece for residential, hospitality, and interior design settings.

Inspired by Rayleigh scattering, the optical phenomenon responsible for the color of the sky, Sky-Set explores the relationship between light, atmosphere, and environmental change. Its circular form also references dendrochronology and the passage of time, while its shifting orange and red tones recall atmospheric light altered by smoke and wildfires. Combining contemporary lighting, collectible design, opalescent glass, and sculptural form, Sky-Set reflects both the beauty and fragility of the Earth’s atmosphere.
