The 2023 Side Table is a waxed aluminum table by Studio HAOS, made to order in Portugal. At 40.5 by 32.5 inches it is larger than most side tables, closer to a small occasional table, and at 29 inches high it stands level with the arm of a sofa or beside a bed. The aluminum is waxed rather than polished, so the surface stays matte and lightly marked.
It belongs to the studio's 2023 collection, an all-aluminum body of work that treats a structural metal as a finish material in its own right. Studio HAOS presented the collection at Love House in New York.
