Settanta is a hand-tufted wool and bamboo silk area rug by Giulio Brambilla for Malcusa, made to order in India at 6’7” x 9’10”.
Settanta — seventy — points at the decade it draws from, and it sits in Mid C alongside Curve, Frammenti, Pietra, Pieghe, Spighe and Deserto. Brambilla came to rugs from architecture and interiors, and the collection carries a designer's discipline about proportion rather than an artist's looseness.
New Zealand wool and bamboo silk, hand-tufted in India over six to eight weeks. Available hand-knotted on request, and in custom sizes and colorways.
