Pieghe is a hand-tufted wool and bamboo silk area rug by Giulio Brambilla for Malcusa, made to order in India at 6’7” x 9’10”.
Pieghe means folds. It is one of the seven Mid C designs Brambilla drew for Malcusa, a collection that leans on mid-century and Art Deco without copying either — an architect's reading of both, worked out in pile rather than plan.
New Zealand wool and bamboo silk, hand-tufted in India over six to eight weeks. Available hand-knotted on request, and in custom sizes and colorways.
