The Mada Table Lamp by Slash Objects, the award-winning New York design studio founded by architect and furniture designer Arielle Assouline-Lichten, plays with balance, translucency and geometric form. A solid stone cube rests atop a slender metal cylinder, and when lit the translucent stone glows warmly, revealing veining that makes every lamp one of a kind.
Subtle exposed hardware emphasizes the lamp’s architectural form. Touch-activated through the base with three dimmer settings, the Mada works as a standalone sculpture or in pairs on consoles, nightstands and sideboards.
