The Junius Lamp is a brass table lamp by Seth Premo of Arvo Ray Studio, made to order in Brooklyn, New York. Stacked geometric volumes appear almost to float one above the other, and the inside of the shade is hand gilded in genuine leaf, so the light that reaches the table arrives warm and metallic rather than flat.
Shown here in brushed brass with a gold leaf interior. The Junius is made across the full range of Arvo Ray metal finishes, from polished unlacquered brass through to blackened steel, and the shade can be gilded in either gold or silver leaf. The same lamp is also offered in powder coated steel for anyone who wants it in colour rather than metal.
