The Brenton Chandelier by Cam Crockford is a masterful balance of sculptural form and luminous materiality. Handcrafted with solid brass components that are welded, sanded, finished, and wired in the artist’s Newport, Rhode Island studio, each fixture reflects Crockford’s meticulous attention to craft. The glass elements are hand-blown by renowned Japanese artist Michiko Sakano in her Brooklyn studio, resulting in a subtle harmony between metal and glass. A hand-applied patina, sealed with wax, creates a living finish that deepens with time, while custom Tala bulbs provide fully dimmable illumination—both radiant and refined.
