The Ame Lamy Lounge is a collectible lounge chair created by Studio Paolo Ferrari in collaboration with New York-based Japanese textile artist Hiroko Takeda. It takes the sculptural form of the Ame Lounge and finishes it in Takeda's custom handwoven textile, turning a comfortable upholstered chair into a functional work of textile art.
Each textile is woven by hand, so no two chairs are exactly alike. The Ame Lamy is available on its own or with the matching Ame Ottoman for a complete lounge setting.
Shown with Maharam Nestle upholstery on a matte black metal frame. The handwoven textile requires delicate care; studio care instructions are provided with purchase. Please contact us for customizations.
