table-no-iv-by-devin-wilde
Table No. IV by Devin Wilde

Table No. IV is a compact, round stoneware side table by Devin Wilde, made to order in his Red Hook, Brooklyn studio. The smallest of the Series No. II side tables at about 13 inches across and 16 inches high, it fits beside a lounge chair, in a narrow corner or between a pair of chairs.

Wilde trained in architecture at Stanford before returning to sculpture, and the table carries that background: a geometric ceramic form drawn from Postmodern, Classical and Art Deco references and shaped to play with light and shadow. Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in form and glaze are part of its character.

Available in eight glazes: Copper Patina, Iron, Aged Bronze, Ochre, Ivory, Pewter, Dark Chrome and Aged Brass. Custom sizing and custom glazes are available, so the table can be made to suit a specific room.
